Our team are gradually transitioning back to the office

By May 25, 2020Uncategorized

After eight weeks of all the team work remotely, FB Wealth Management will be making a slow transition back into the office from Tuesday 26 May.

Whilst initially staff numbers will be limited to stay within social distancing requirements, we hope that these rules will be loosened over the coming months to allow our team to be all united once again.

Our client reviews and meetings will continue to be offered remotely via Microsoft Teams meetings wherever possible. Clients do not need to have any software loaded on their computers to access these meetings. They simply click on a link and will be able to view our screens and review reports from the comfort of their home or office. For clients who do not enjoy that experience, we can facilitate “in person” reviews in our boardroom if that is preferred.

As many of your advisers will be working remotely, we still ask that you email your adviser (or their assistant) direct if you require assistance. We are equipped to call you back to attend to any queries or concerns in a timely manner.

For those that do visit our offices, please be aware that we have strict cleaning protocols in place to protect both our staff and clients. As we specialise in retirement planning, it makes sense that many of our clients fall into an “at risk” age bracket in relation to COVID-19 and therefore we are being vigilant with our process of wiping down desktops, doors, seats, phones at scheduled times throughout the day. Unfortunately, we cannot greet you in the same manner as you have become accustomed either and you will note social distancing signs throughout the office and hand sanitiser bottles as far as the eye can see!

Our office hours have reverted to 7.30am – 4.00pm as has been the case the last eight weeks and this is unlikely to change for many months. We are restricted to only two individuals travelling in a lift at any one time and we are simply hoping to avoid the queues in the foyer of the building by starting and finishing early. The same issues will be experienced on public transport.

We would like to thank you all for your understanding during these unique times. We believe that we have been offering the same service working remotely over the last two months and embraced new technologies that we otherwise would never have engaged! We are hopeful of a return to “normal” at some stage soon but realistically we may be dealing with the new normal right now….

We look forward to seeing everyone soon!
